The tanker fall occurred on the road between Abba junction and Igbariam junction area of the state.
Men of the Anambra State Fire Service swiftly arrived at the scene to avert any fire.
Officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) were also on hand to haul up the fallen tanker in a bid to restore free flow of traffic.
