“The prediction from Metrological Agency and Hydrological Service Agency is that the country will experience flooding from September, the water level is high and the reptiles are already out.
“The local divers ply all waterways and the lagoons and they have associations. They are watching.
“We have some records of the incident: pipeline vandalism, 12 incidents; fire and tanker explosion, more than 20 incidents; flooding, 30 cases of urban flooding due none adherence to the city plans,’’ Ibarakumo said.
“ However, no loss of life nor injury was sustained at the scene,” Oke-Osanyintolu stated.
