A woman, 20, was on Monday evening electrocuted while trying to strike a pose for a photograph in Germany.
The unidentified woman who hails from Munich had mounted a parked rail car when the tragedy occurred.
Police authorities revealed on Tuesday that electricity was discharged when the woman made contact with a cable overhead.
The Police confirmed that the electric shock forced the woman to the ground.
Further investigations showed that the woman had made her way into the grounds of the marshaling yard at Munich South Station illegally.
She was subsequently rushed to hospital with second and third-degree burns to the body.
Her male companion, 22, was said to have informed the emergency services when the incident occurred.
He also had suffered from shock.
